Using the "Refund Initiated" event in the email auto responder.
Timing is everything when a refund has been initiated by your client.
So to be able to respond as fast as possible we have set up an email account where you can forward the “Refund initiated for order ….” notifications you receive from Amazon.
Our system will then automatically read your forwarded emails and trigger your autoresponder.
All you need to do is forward the “Refund initiated for order…” emails to email@example.com.
We highly recommend you to set up a forwarding filter on your email client. This is possible with almost any modern email client and if set up correctly will automatically forward the refund notification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Our system will automatically add the client to your blacklist once the email has been sent.
